I recently used a company for aerospace and defense sensors and fluid management systems. The website was user-friendly and provided a lot of information about their products. The selection was quite extensive and their products seemed to be of good quality. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness, which was a bit disappointing. The overall experience was average, as the product quality was good, but the service could have been better.
