I had an average experience with Réseau trans-tech. The company website reseautranstech.qc.ca was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
