I recently used this company for my event and found their services to be average. While the rental items were of good quality, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and punctuality. The website was easy to navigate, but the booking process could be more streamlined. Additionally, the design services were satisfactory, but I felt that more personalized attention could have been given to my event.
