Mark was awesome helping us get the van we found online. Even though he was very busy dealing with other customers that came in late, he handled himself well.

I didn't like that when I was signing the paperwork with Tony that it felt implied (he said "I went ahead and added the warranty for you") that the service warranty was included for free but upon reading the contract it was $2500. I also wanted GAP coverage and was not given the opportunity to do so because he believed that I was active military but I am not (I am a disabled veteran). He did say that he was going to do his best to remedy the situation so I will update the review depending on how that works out.
