The overall experience with POWERLASE PHOTONICS LTD was average. The customer service was satisfactory but not exceptional. The delivery of their products was on time but there was room for improvement in terms of packaging. There were a few minor issues with the products I received, but the company promptly resolved them. All in all, an average experience.
