The photos already posted by others do show a true reflection of the rooms - clean, modern and spacious. Very close to the town centre which is great.

Payment is expected over the phone prior to visit, parking is via a permit collected from the premise and with luck you can find a space in a nearby side street. Emails sent to the premise prior to visit have been ignored.

Looking at the recent reviews, they were done prior to the university returning as the majority of the premise seems to be used by students with noise and mess abound in the corridors.
