Phillips is expensive and is NOT worth the money anymore. It used to be a great place to eat but has gone downhill. The selection has changed to mostly fried food and unless you eat the Bluepoint crabs it is NOT worth it. The food is just thrown all over the counters and the food servers are not friendly.
