Succeeding in having an interlocutor on the phone is a miracle. Every now and then someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. The Rectorate cannot be reached during periods when there are ministerial decisions (such as at the moment with the modifications of the CAP / BAC exams).

Otherwise outside of these tense periods, it picks up a little more easily (around the 3rd or 4th call).

A service unworthy of the public service, but no wonder.
