Really enjoyed it. Best time to go is really early because there's less people. I started at 9 and finished at 12 and it was winter so less crowds and started early so the crowds didn't start until 12. I've heard it's really busy in summer and even the audio guides talk about lines. I didn't have to stay in any lines because it wasn't that busy. I bought my ticket online because it's cheaper than paying on site by 5 pounds. Which you can use to get an audio guide. Definitely recommend you to get one of those because it helps you understand every place you visit within the tower. I love history a lot, which is why I gave this tour 5 out of 5 stars. I really enjoyed this tour.
