I had high hopes, I thought the new location was going to be a positive move. However, I was wrong. The old location had free parking on the property but no such luck with this new location,. First off the new location is in a very sketchy area now, and if you don t carry cash to pay $10 for parking then you have to find street parking a couple of blocks up the street and I don t recommend walking alone. The new venue looks cool but they still haven t figured out the acoustics and the sound was horrible everywhere we stood on either of the 2 floors. The courtyard from the old location was a great spot to catch your breath or to just chill, unfortunately the new location lacks that space, now they have a small balcony with a bunch of people crammed on it like sardines waiting for disaster to happen. I am so sorry but in my opinion this move was a huge mistake. Sucks but I guess the city of Atlanta just doesn t have any good EDM Clubs like some other metropolitan cities do. Opera is not my fav but at least they have the acustic worked out on EDM nights.
