My husband and I are first time home buyers with lots of questions and worries. We are SO glad to have chosen Financial Forum for our mortgage. The process was so smooth and quick. We personally dealt with Lou Salvino. He was extremely personable and made sure we were informed of each of the steps. His financial advice really helped us make wise decisions regarding our mortgage and starting this new journey as homeowners. Previously, my husband and I went through a terrible experience with a mortgage broker, and Lou made sure to handle us with extra care, answering all our questions, even after hours! Lou was professional from beginning to end and locked us in with an amazing mortgage! We didn t pay a cent for anything! We will definitely be returning to Financial forum for a second mortgage.
