My experience with Mark Baldwin was average. While the website markbaldwinguitar.com offered a good selection of guitars, I found the ordering process to be somewhat confusing. The guitar I received was of decent quality, but it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of sound. The customer service was responsive, but there were delays in their replies. Overall, it's an okay company, but there are room for improvements.
