KlassWagen Car rental is not located at the airport, but in a street nearby. Still, it was quite easy to get there and there is a minibus that takes you from the airport . The service was very respectful and kind.

We rented a car, from Bucharest, with full insurance for 20 days. After a week, we noticed some strange noises when applying the brakes. We weren't sure if it was dangerous or not, but we decided to call the company any way. Without questions, they came the same day, to the other side of the country, to give us another car. No questions asked ; no needing to check in a garage for ourselves ; no payment asked.

We had a great renting experience!
