Unbelievably awful management. I know I should expect this by now somehow each new incompetent interaction takes me by surprise.

Calls always go to voicemail, no response to emails. Two members of the building staff have behaved very unprofessionally (breaking multiple condo rules) and they turn a blind eye, telling us they ve never received complaints about them before (not true, from talking to other residents).

Update: upon reading this review or our Yelp review, not sure which, they reached out and, continuing to ignore problems with the staff they manage, made no efforts to resolve any issues, and told us that our nasty review was completely uncalled for and pointed out that it s a family-run business. I m not sure why that s relevant; perhaps they don t feel obliged to do a diligent job because it s family-run?
