Our family has had such a pleasant experience at the North Olmsted dealership! As we waited for our car to be serviced, the staff was very hospitable (giving my kids popsicles on a very hot day), love the cafe treats, and entertainment area while waiting. The service was fast and my car looked brand new with the complimentary car wash and vacuum. In the next year or two it ll be time for a trade-in or upgrade for my car and this is definitely the place I ll be coming to first!
