We got stuck with this mortgage company after ours...

We got stuck with this mortgage company after ours was sold to it and they are hands down THE WORST company. We cancelled auto pay after we we had fallen on hard times and knew we couldn't pay it on the date that we had set auto pay up for. We just needed one extra day ( which was not late). I cancelled it online, a week in advance got the confirmation email and everything. My husband also called and waited on hold for over an hour and was told 3 times that everything was good to go. Well, they took it out anyway and put us $166 in the hole and now we've been charged a fee for that by our bank.
