I had a mixed experience with Shree Ashtavinayak Glass Pvt. Ltd. - India. The ordering process was smooth and the products arrived on time. However, one of the items was damaged during shipping. The customer service team was helpful and offered a replacement, but I had to go through the hassle of returning the damaged item. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
