Portland Closet Company were amazing. Period. They repeatedly rescheduled to adjust to our own complicated remodeling problems, and were *always* pleasant about it. When the installers arrived, they came across a technical issue completely unrelated to their project, and they sensitively let me know about it. It was frustrating, because it required interrupting the project, and fixing a different issue. Another company would have complained or charged me extra due to the interruption. But not Portland Closet!

The owner himself came to look at the problem, offered solutions, figured out a fix, and returned a different day to perform a finish. And everything looks amazing. We love our closets, and we LOVE Portland Closets.
