I have been a customer of Capture collective, inc. for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. While there are some aspects that I appreciate, such as their prompt response times and professional demeanor, there are also a few areas where they could improve. The website navigation, for instance, can be a bit confusing at times. Overall, I would say they are decent, but there is room for improvement.
