The reason this isn't a one-star review is because sometimes the internet service works, and when it does it works well. THE PROBLEM IS, it goes down - frequently. And it always ends up being a problem "at the tower". Simply put, there's good reason why they've disabled comments and reviews on their Facebook page. If you're rural and there's no other option for internet, what are you going to do, right? But if you have options (and satellite is NOT an option for sentient people), then you should opt for a service that's reliable and unfortunately this place isn't.
