I had a somewhat disappointing experience with K 9 Intelligence Unit. While their work was satisfactory, their customer service was lacking. I found the team to be unresponsive and there were delays in delivering the information I needed. Additionally, their pricing was on the higher side. Overall, it was an average experience.
