Ordered an audio mp3 for the integrated workbook and tried using the key code given. It said it was invalid when I tried activating it. So, I called customer service to see if they can fix it. The representative, Cecelia was unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. She asked for me to send the order information and key code. I tried asking for which email address to send to and she kept repeating my email address. Then, she hung up on me in middle of the conversation, without checking in with me. Only saying I'll troubleshoot it later once I get the email you sent, bye. I called again to try and resolve the issue and she refused to check her email or refresh it to see if the email I sent was received. She says she can't be on the phone and troubleshoot at the same time. That there are no emails from me, which is impossible because it's been ten minutes. I spent most of the phone call trying to reason with her, spelling out my email address, name and asking for her to check if she got the email I sent. Every time I try to talk she keeps cutting me off or yell to prevent me from speaking.While she keeps saying the same thing, " I can't troubleshoot the email system." Is it so hard to check your email?
