Ideally located in the city centre the hotel is the perfect spot for a city break. Service was friendly and efficient at check in and continued throughout our experience. The room was large and spacious, well decorated in quite a modern trendy style. Few niggles though.
1) plugs are sparse and inconveniently located. We had to have the kettle plugged in on the floor behind the door for example.
2) the windows were constantly covered in condensation obscuring any city view we might have had.
3) pillows were annoyingly soft for me. They look nice and big and fluffy but the moment your head lay on them they fluffed down to about a mm thick.
Aside from these issues the hotel was lovely and i would definately stay again.
