I have been working with Define labs for the past few months and I must say, they are doing an average job. Their website, definelabs.com, is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. The team is responsive and professional. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of their product range and customer support. Overall, Define labs is an average company to work with.
