I had a mixed experience with Joburg City Auto. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the car I purchased had some issues that were not disclosed to me. It was disappointing to discover these problems after the purchase. However, the dealership did work with me to resolve the issues, so overall, the customer service was good. I appreciate their efforts in making things right.
