As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Captive has been an average experience for me. The website captive.fr provides all the necessary information, but I found the navigation a bit confusing. The UI could definitely be improved to make it more user-friendly. However, I appreciate the prompt response from their customer support whenever I had any query.
