I am a CUSTOMER of Rk pr and I would rate their services as average. They have a good reputation in the industry but there is still room for improvement. Their website rk-pr.com is user-friendly and informative. However, I feel like they could be more responsive to customer inquiries. Overall, a decent company to work with.
