Laura Jian went above and beyond since my start with this company. After submitting my application, I heard back from A-Line very soon, and the rest of the process was very seamless and quick. She is professional, friendly, helpful, responsive, and provides detailed correspondence. Her care comes across very genuinely. She is very organized. She also helped me very much with a big medical issue I was having and her and David L emailed our contact and made it happen for me to start at a later class they are super helpful.
