I found my experience with Pultegroup to be average. The customer service was satisfactory, but I did encounter a few issues during the home buying process. The sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful, but there were some delays in getting the necessary paperwork completed. Overall, I would say that Pultegroup is an okay company to work with.
