I had a mixed experience with Pt qoo smart indonesia. While some aspects of their service were good, there were others that left me disappointed. The website was easy to navigate and had a clean design. However, the customer support was not very helpful and took a long time to respond to my queries. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
