I had an overall average experience with Ccs trans, inc. The customer service was decent, but could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, the vehicle I rented was not in the best condition. It had some scratches and the interior was a bit dirty. Despite these minor issues, the trip went smoothly and I arrived at my destination on time.
