Cloud Team Alliance is an average company. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience was alright. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected more value for the money. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
