Ryan Maudlin was wonderful. He explained as he installed our computer and helped set up my new i Pad. He was very helpful and answered all our questions while trying to show us how to use our new iMac. We are retired and some of this is very confusing. This is our first experience with the iMax so we are excited to learn all we can. Thank you so much for sending such a patient young man. He was great. Thanks again Bill and Cheryl Orr
