I have mixed feelings about my experience with Outdoor Posh. While the quality of their outdoor furniture is good, the customer service could be improved. I encountered some issues with my order, but they were eventually resolved. The delivery was delayed, which was a bit frustrating. However, I appreciate their effort in rectifying the situation. If they work on their communication and service, Outdoor Posh could be a great place to shop.
