I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Know Problem Business Tech INC for a while now. I must say their services are average. The website knowprob.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their response time is a bit slow, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
