I had a mixed experience with Hoffman Paula. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were a few issues that bothered me. I found their communication to be lacking, and there were times when my concerns were not addressed promptly. However, they were able to resolve my issue eventually, which is why I didn't rate them lower. Overall, I think they have room for improvement.
