I normally don t write reviews, but this Limo company was so awful that it had to be done. The owner needs to learn to treat his customers with more respect and empathy. A group of my friends and I rented a limo for formal, and what was supposed to be a great night, turned into a huge headache and nightmare. The first limo that arrived had no AC. So we had to call and request for another one. The owner said it would take 20-30 minutes for a new one to arrive. Also, he refused to extend our paid time of an hour until we negotiated for over 10 minutes. The second limo that arrived was completely different from the first one we requested. The first was a white Escalade, the second limo was a TRUCK limo. We then called the owner again and asked if we could receive a discount or a refund, all of which were denied. I will never use this company again, and would advise others to do the same. Awful.
