I m really impressed as to how the team at John Wai Martial Arts has stepped up to help train and motivate members during this pandemic. They ve created multiple LIVE online classes so that members can continue to live healthier lives while quarantined. Our kids love the online kung fu classes while my wife and I take advantage of the morning burn and overdrive classes (with some striking classes periodically). By making the classes live, instructors can actually see and correct movements in real time to ensure that students are performing the exercises correctly.
