I recently went on a vacation booked through Escapadelas® and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the overall quality of the accommodation was just okay. The room was clean but the amenities were lacking. I expected more for the price I paid. The customer service was decent, but nothing outstanding. I would consider trying them again in the future, but I hope for a better experience next time.
