I had an average experience with Zeppelin travel. The customer service was decent but nothing outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and find information about the tours and packages. The rates were reasonable and I was able to book my trip without any issues. However, I found that the itinerary provided was not very detailed and I had to do some additional research on my own. Overall, it was an okay experience.
