My room flooded! 3am in the morning on my way to the bathroom and there s water all over the floor! And a good portion of the carpet was soaked! I spoke with young lady at the front desk. She made a ticket so that the manager could address the matter. I spoke with the General Manager, Duncan Oburu. He apologize several times for the inconvenience and offered something from the store. Because I used Booking.com there wasn t anything he could do. Outside form this horrible night, Duncan attitude towards the situation was magnificent! He carful explained the refunding process, his rates and more. I enjoyed talking with him more than I enjoyed the stay. I would definitely come back again just based off the GM, Duncan.
