I have been using the services of Product Stewardship Institute (PSI) for the past year and I must say they are average in terms of their performance. The team at PSI is knowledgeable and professional. However, there are areas where they can improve. They need to provide more detailed reports and insights to their customers and be more proactive in addressing customer concerns. Overall, I would rate them as average.
