Affinity cellular has excellent customer service. I had tons of problems with one of their phones the pantech perception. I went thru 6 of those phones and each and every staff person I spoke to about my problem was professional, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful especially the supervisor Jamie. She refunded all my money for the phone and the service and more.
I liked this company so much that I don't want to switch to another provider.
The only thing that I wish the company would improve is their phone selection.
The majority of their phones are the small screens 3.5; 3.8, inches and the Android operating systems are old like 2.4.;4.4.
I gave them 5 s tars because of their customer service and to me it's very important to have exce!llent customer service.
