I have been a customer of Global Neuro & Spine Institute and I have to say that their service is simply average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I feel like the quality of care could be improved. The waiting times are often quite long and it can be frustrating. Overall, I would say that they need to step up their game if they want to provide excellent service.
