I had an overall average experience at Vortex Spring Inc. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional. The staff was friendly, but there were a few instances where they seemed overwhelmed and unable to address customer concerns promptly. The diving spots were good, but I felt that there was room for improvement. Overall, it was an okay experience.
