I recently booked a desert tour with this company and visited their website. 😐 Overall, my experience was average. The website was well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to find relevant information. However, I found the tour packages to be quite expensive compared to other similar companies in the region. 😕 The customer service was satisfactory, although I felt that they could have been more responsive and provided clearer instructions regarding the meeting point and schedule. 😒 The actual desert tour itself was enjoyable, with the campsite being clean and comfortable. The activities offered were decent but lacked variety. The highlight of the tour was the desert safari, which was thrilling and provided stunning views. Ultimately, while the experience was decent, I think there are better options available in terms of value for money. 😐
