This is the rudest company I've ever dealt with. I had the simplest query possible and it took me a week to get an answer (from Australia, as evidently they don't have customer care in NZ), and I spoke with a frustratingly rude Australian woman who couldn't care less.

Their online complains form is broken, so don't bother with that.

All of their customer care is handled offshore.
