i shared the same experience as the most recent review. it felt like i was in high school working at a day care.. The staff were not trained correctly and clients were being neglected because of that. The company accepted clients that had harm to others and themselves but weren t around to assist the non trained staff. It seemed like a nice place when i first walked in but working there for a couple weeks months i started to feel so uncomfortable going in there. i worked another job so it was easy for me to shy away from the DTA. I felt horrible for my client whom they never had anyone who would care for her correctly because of her disability smh. but thankfully my guardian angel watch s my back and took me out of that situation. i just hope that they really understand that the job they are doing is sad. and i m ashamed to have even allowed myself to stay as long as i did. i do not recommend. i was let go through a text which is ok but professionally an email with an accurate reason on why but it again just showed how unprofessional they are. i only put one star because you have to other than that i give none.
