This is HORRIBLE. I called to understand why I got...

This is HORRIBLE. I called to understand why I got a call from their collection company on Sat.
While on the call with their collections almost an hour gaining information, the Sup. Shared it was all wrong. I was so upset & even in tears by the time it was over. I called back on Wed. To confirm and was told I have $0 balance. When I tried to reach this office the calls were dropped regardless of which prompt I used. This is very unsettling and I am not confident with my financial relationship with OSU billing of my responsibility.
