I recently went on a trip organized by Penguin Travel and it was an average experience. While the destinations were beautiful and the itinerary was well-planned, I felt that the guides lacked enthusiasm. The customer service could have been better as well. However, the trip overall was decent and I appreciated the effort put into organizing everything.
